Mr Husam Elghalud is a highly experienced Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Holding an impressive array of qualifications including an MBBCh, MD, FRCOphth, Post Grad Dip CRS, and Cert LRS, he is a respected member of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the United Kingdom and Ireland Cataract and Refractive Surgery societies. Mr Elghalud is renowned for his exceptional expertise in cataract surgery, performing thousands of procedures annually, with a career total exceeding 15,000 cataract surgeries. His proficiency extends to a wide spectrum of cases, from straightforward to highly complex, utilising both standard and premium intraocular lenses.
